Learning from Brunei's Hydrogen Economy

KOTA KINABALU: There are lessons to be learned from Brunei’s gradual move away from its fossil fuel dominated economy to a greener economy with renewable energy and manufacturing hydrogen fuel.
According to Brunei Darussalam’s energy outlook produced by its Ministry of Energy, the total primary energy supply (TPES), mainly from fossil fuels, will increase significantly at 4.3 per cent per year until 2040 at 5.6 per cent of gross domestic product growth.
